Use of any part of Empathiq—including our Platform, Knowledge Base, or Script feature—must comply with this Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP"). Violations may result in suspension or termination of access.

Prohibited Uses

You may not use Empathiq to:

• Engage in or promote any form of violence, harm, or abuse

• Distribute malware, ransomware, or any harmful code

• Engage in phishing, fraud, or identity theft

• Post or share sexually explicit content involving minors (zero tolerance)

• Harass or intimidate others based on race, gender, identity, religion, nationality, or other protected attributes

• Engage in doxing or the unauthorized distribution of personal information

• Send spam or unsolicited marketing messages in violation of applicable laws

• Infringe on intellectual property rights, including copyright, trademark, and trade secret violations

• Circumvent security protections or probe for vulnerabilities

• Use Empathiq to violate any law or regulation, including CMS, HIPAA, GDPR, and CCPA regulations

Guiding Values

We expect users to uphold the values of professionalism, respect, and accountability.

• Empathiq is not to be used for harm.

• Freedom of speech does not protect abuse, harassment, or discrimination.

• We support open dialogue, but not platforms for hate.

• Any relevant links, content, or screenshots

• Contact info in case we need clarification

All reports are reviewed confidentially and in good faith. We respond within 2 business days.

Enforcement

Violations of this policy may result in:

• Warning, temporary restriction, or permanent suspension of access

• Data removal

• Termination of your account

We reserve the right to take immediate action without notice in extreme cases, especially where harm, illegality, or abuse is involved.
